Highlights: Mosquitoes attack, Night safari

We set of to the Pantanal today which is a large area of mostly swamp land. The roads are very rough and as we found out when we changed rides to a truck mosquitoes attack all the time. We will spend the next few days sleeping in hammocks in the same room As a group, so will find out about who snores.

We went on a night safari which got cut short due to some rain but was still worthwhile, at one point the local guide put a light on a river and we saw heaps of eyes staring back at us, they were caiman (a small crocodile) hard to believe there were so many, I’m not going for a swim!!
