Highlights: Tango Show
An outstanding night watching the mesmerising and passionate dance that is the tango. I started writing this entry after midnight with the stunning dancing and singing still on my mind, the bottle of wine I had during the performance might had effected my positive mood as well š
The day didn’t start out as good however. During the day I went to explore the local area and a bird decided I was a good target. My white Thailand t-shirt was destroyed and I had bird poo all over my neck and legs. Unbelievable. Luckily a local helped clean me up a little. I’d love to know the size of that bird.
I had booked the Tango show only a week ago thinking what is Argentina known for and the Tango was top of my list. This was an excellent choice. It included a dinner, I had empanadas Argentinas for a starter, Spinach ravioli for the main and marquise piazzolla (ice cream). This and the bottle of wine went well. No photos allowed during the show unfortunately š¦ but I did get more photo taken with one of the stars š
While the ladies were stunning, beautiful and graceful it was actually the leg work of the men that was really amazing. I think the tango is made to highlight the male performer as much as the ladies.
