World Trip 2006: Day 94 – Barcelona, Spain

On this extremely hot day I only visited some buildings designed by Atoni Gaudi (1852-1926) who has a very interesting style. During the night however I headed out for a Tapas and Flamenco evening.   The tapas were fantastic I can see why they have food this way, small bits of everything and the sargarita was excellent.   Off we headed to a flamenco club and you have to see it to believe it.   The music was outstanding but the dancing blow me away, how they can dance like that I don’t know.

I put my flamenco experience right up there with my jazz night in New Orleans back in 1999, this was that good.   We finally headed off to a pub and listened to some live (English) music and had a few shots.   A great evening.
