Highlights: Relaxing at the campsite

Today I just relaxed at the campsite, not wanting to go diving or snorkelling in Lake Malawi for which you are almost guaranteed to pick up a parasite that will need to be treated in a few months back home. This meant a nice today spent reflecting on the trip so far, reading and relaxing in a hammock.

I did however use the opportunity to get my clothes washed. We also lost five members of the group who will instead stop in Malawi for a few days and then fly onto Victoria Falls instead of spending long days travelling in the truck. So it was goodbye to both Jesses, Tim, Lorraine, and Matt.

I know that Arran and Roz had a great time diving and later going for a horse ride though the countryside and the water. I was almost tempted to join them but an easier day had to strong a pull.
