    We were up before 4 am to prepare for our early morning flight to the Galapagos Islands. A breakfast pack was waiting for us as we boarded our transport for the airport.

    Setting out at 7.30 am we had a day of adventure and discovery on the final day of our Ecuador’s Amazon and Volcanoes tour. Today’s activities were replacements for not being able to stay in the Amazon earlier in the trip.

    Today was activities in the Amazon region to replace those lost when we couldn’t go to Tena. We were warned to be prepared for rain but also the humidity.
