Highlights: Enjoying Palmizana Island
Today was a day of leisure on Hvar with a morning visit to Palmizana Island. First up I was woken up early by a crying toddler 😦 But breakfast helped get the day back on track before our cruise to Pakleni Island.
We caught a private boat transfer to Palmizana Island. This was a nice 20 minute ride over calm waters with the sun shining.
On arrival we did a small hike to the other side of the island. I only explored for a few minutes before deciding it was a good day to swim in the Adriatic Sea.
A nice hour or so floating in the water. It was very cold at first on this warm day but after a few minutes my body got used to it the water temperature. A very relaxing swim / float. Another hour drying in the sun capped the day on this island.
Around lunch time we headed back and got lunch at a nice bakery. While many went out exploring Darby and I return to the Hotel for a quiet afternoon.
In the evening we had a nice group dinner.
